V Talks #1

What the hell is V Talks? Vagina Talks? Vivid stories? Vulgar Diaries?

V Talks is an intimate gathering of brave women who dare to share their stories of pain, struggles, and failures - ranging from self-image, self-discovery, career, relationships, sex, friendships, family, and motherhood. This is where women put their guards down and take their masks off so that other women can find comfort and learn from their journey.

V Talks is the brainchild of Nessa Santos - a self-care advocate - who wants to provide a platform for women to talk about the difficult moments so they will feel less alone in their life battles. V Talks provides the safe space for that, so come join us and connect with like-minded individuals. #womensupportingwomen

Milena Nguyen

Milena Nguyen is a writer, coach, founder of HER Academy. She helps women build fulfilling love relationships and create their dream career. Milena is also a 3-time TEDx speaker, has spoken in 10+ countries. Her book on relationships title "10,000 Miles for Love" will be published on October 15th 2017. Get inspired by Milena via Facebook and her blog milenanguyen.com.

One vulnerable fact about Milena: She's tried so hard to prove herself to the world because deep down she had never felt that she was good enough.

Suraya Sam

Suraya is an indigo child that believes in the ability to heal oneself and others using ones own energy. This knowledge was passed down to her from three generations of healers in her family. Her self-realization came in her early teens, guided by her mother who practices Sufism and Inca Mythology in The Sacred Valley of Peru, Dr. Anodea Judith of Sacred Centers who practices Psychology, Chakra Yoga and Therapy, Martha Collard of Red Doors who practices Kundalini and Gong Meditation.

Solonia Teodros

Born to Taiwanese and Ethiopian parents, with life chapters spanning the US and Asia, Solonia considers herself a citizen of the world - disrupting cultural barriers to transcend traditional notions of 'identity' and 'belonging'. Solonia's Life Work is inspired by her belief in human potential, personal mastery and endless possibilities - for those who dare to take the road less traveled. As a Co-Founder of The Change School, she works with individuals, communities, and organisational teams to facilitate positive transformation with thoughtfully designed tools and experiences for change.

One vulnerable fact about Solonia though is that she often feels her life has been defined by a struggle to discover, embrace, and take pride in her own identity. The journey to truly believing that she is enough has been an emotionally challenging and tumultuous one, and she believes she has finally 'arrived'.
